14 Years Ago...

...Buffy premiered on the WB. Check out this great piece marking the anniversary. I highly recommend the two video clips included in the article. The second one is just amazing, while the first one (all the trailers from Season One) is like a time-machine, at least it is for me. I realize that some of you were just wee ones back then... Now I feel old. Ha.

Getting started

As promised, here are some sites/clips that might help you get acquainted with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the first series we'll discuss and write about in class.

1) Wikipedia's entry on the show is pretty good. You'll get spoiled if you read too much, but it's great for a quick introduction.
